Greelish & , <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE -OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of July 22, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Bali seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of July 29, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: David Marsters - Commercial Sticker <br /> Mr. Marsters was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Mr. Marsters if he intends to dis- <br /> pose of commercial debris and household trash he will be re- <br /> quired to obtain both a residential and a commercial sticker. <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Mr. Marsters of the rules and regula- <br /> tions governing the landfill . <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 1993 commercial sticker to <br /> Mr. David Marsters, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> I <br /> 3 . ) John's & Ashumet Ponds second quarterly report - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "I did review the quarterly report and found <br /> it did not indicate any new findings. " "The A.P.C.C. Task <br /> Force has recommended more extensive testing this fall." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 4. ) Letter from John Barr re: John's Pond. - Mr. McQuaid <br /> relayed, "Mr. Barry is questioning whether vandalism to the <br /> sluices in John's Pond is affecting the water level and thus <br /> affecting the health of the pond. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "For this year the sluice has <br /> been maintained properly. " <br /> a <br />
