Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed <br /> 2. ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of August 12, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . Report from Reg. Transfer Station re: Advanced Waste <br /> Systems - Mr. Evans relayed, "I received a call from Bill <br /> Feddema who indicated an employee from Advanced Waste Systems <br /> brought in a larger than normal load. " "Mr. Feddema in- <br /> spected the load and found refuse from other towns." "The <br /> employee denied having refuse from other towns. " <br /> Mr. Greelish directed the agent to request Mr. Feddema <br /> to spot check loads brought in by Advanced Waste Systems un- <br /> til further notice. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Michael Grotske - "Flat Pond" subdivision <br /> Mr. Michael Grotske, P.E. , Mr. Dave Worden, Engineer <br /> Consultant and Ms. Heather Atwood, Engineer Consultant were <br /> in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Worden presented revised hydrogeological plans to <br /> Board members. <br /> Mr. Greelish relayed, "The recharge gradient passes <br /> within a foot of the existing Flat Pond. " <br /> Mr. Grotske stated, "The assumption'would be that the <br /> bottom of the pond is totally permeable so if the recharge <br /> area is within the bottom of the pond inconsistencies in the <br /> groundwater flows could have some impact of the pond however, <br /> the bottom of the pond -is - very mucky, " <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "The Commission disagrees with the <br /> conclusions." "They had a different view with the recharge <br /> area. " "Mr. Doherty questioned Mr. Grotske as to why there <br />
