Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of August 26, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Letter from Dan Santos re: Proposed meeting - Board <br /> members agreed to schedule Mr. Santos on October 7, 1993 <br /> agenda. <br /> 4. ) Copy of letter from Dan Santos to A.P.C.C. re: Pond <br /> i <br /> testing - Acknowledged.. <br /> 5. ) Request for transfer of. funds - Mr. Doherty agreed to <br /> contact our Finance Committee liaison to ensure the transfer <br /> is taking place and an article is placed on the town meeting <br /> warrant. <br /> 6. ) variance request - 21 Taffrail Way - Mr. Evans relayed <br /> the engineer is requesting the Board continue this request as <br /> he has not completed revised plans. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to continue the variance request, Mr. <br /> Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 7. ) Emerg6ncy failure certification' - 166 Troon - Way, 7 <br /> Monahansett-:Road 37 Route =130 and 5, Compasp Circle . ' ` <br /> 66 TROON WAX - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the system <br /> and found the cesspool overflowing. " t <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> 7 MONAHANSETT ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "Upon inspection the <br /> cesspool was found to be overflowing. " "All abutters are <br /> services by town water. " <br />
