APPOINTMENT: Ron McGaffigan - "Oak Groves" subdivision Mr. McGaffigan was in attendance for this scheduled ap- pointment. .Mr. McGaffigan relayed, "Plans have not received final approval from any of the required Boards." "I have been scheduled to meet with the Planning Board on September 15, 1993. " "The proposed 27 lot cluster subdivision is currently being reviewed by Town Counsel and may be in litigation as questions were raised as to whether the definitive plan was submitted prior to the adoption of two acre zoning. " "I am requesting this Board deny plans as the Planning Board has requested revisions with the proposed road cuts. " Mr. Ball motioned to deny plans presented based on this Board's ' knowledge of the present two acre zoning require- ments, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. Mr. McGaffigan commented, "I would like the Board's con- sensus regarding the installation of leach fields as opposed to leach pits. " Mr. Greelish replied, "Leach fields are a favorable al- ternative to leach pits. "
