Greelish <br /> THE TAPE- IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of October 7, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Variance re guest, 24 Tobisset Street - Mr. Doherty re- <br /> layed, "The owner is requesting the following local vari-- <br /> _ antes; - 28'- - variance from the -proposed on=site well to the <br /> abutting leaching facility, (lot 89A) , a 41' variance from <br /> the proposed on-site well to the proposed on-site leaching <br /> facility, a 14' variance from the proposed on-site leaching <br /> facility to abutting well, (lot 89A) and a 35' variance from <br /> the abutting leaching facility, (lot 101A) , to the proposed <br /> on-site well. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variances as stated <br /> by Mr. Doherty with the stipulation the owner sign the af- <br /> fidavit which requires public water hook-up once available, <br /> Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Michael Grotske/New Seabury - 13 Wheelhouse <br /> Lane and 24 Tide Run <br /> Mr: Grotske was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> 13 WHEELHOUSE LANE - Mr. Grotske presented a certified mail <br /> receipt from the Cohen residence and was still awaiting the <br /> receipt from the Fohlin residence. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "We received a call from Mr. Fohlin <br /> who has objected to proposed plans. " <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "I also received a call today <br /> from Mr. Fohlin who wishes to be placed on record as being <br /> opposed. " "Mr. Fohlin stated he was notified today of the <br /> variance request and would be unable to attend tonight's <br />
