" "In , "Those homes are down on westream of <br /> like we did in the- Brmarwoodlarea. ,,need to go at the Process <br /> Mr. Ball commented, "I would like to research the matter <br /> further before we schedule any public hearings. ,, <br /> Agreed. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> 4 Tritown Circle <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board members, <br /> "Mr. Halpern <br /> supplied town water to the dwelling this afternoon. it finally <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "As far as I <br /> Halpern should be fined from the date hea was°nce ordered <br /> Mr. <br /> ook-up. " "Mr. Halpern was informed he would be finedp to <br /> u to <br /> $300.00 per day as of October 28, 1993 . 11 <br /> ( Mr. Greelish motioned to hold a public hearingtwo <br /> from this meeting date with the complaintant in <br /> determine the fine weeks <br /> Mr. Ball seconded Presence to <br /> . all agreed. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "I would like the letter of notifi- <br /> cation to include the number of days <br /> maximum fine of up to $300.00 per day. ', <br /> "As notation of a <br /> con- <br /> cerned this is criminally negligent. ;;' AS far as I am Mr. McQuaid informed Board members that the occupants of <br /> 4 Tritown Circle are moving out next week. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this <br /> meeting at 7: 50 p.m. , Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Warden, Adm.
