Greelish <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of January <br /> 6, 1994 , Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of January 13 , <br /> 1994, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Copy of letter to R. Halpern re: 4 Tritown _Cir_cle - <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I did forward a certified letter to Mr. <br /> Halpern however, the green card has not been returned. " "Mr. <br /> Halpern called this office today at which time I questioned <br /> him as to whether he received a certified letter. " "Mr. <br /> Halpern responded that his mail is dropped off at the coffee <br /> shop and they are not authorized to sign--off on his certified <br /> mail however, he did receive a slip from the Post Office. " <br /> "Subsequently, Mr. Halpern came in at which time I handed a <br /> copy of the letter to him. " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> APPOINTMENT: C. Saunders - 71 Forest Drive <br /> Ms. Carey Saunders and Mr. Richard Fitzpatrick, abutter, <br /> were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board members, "Back in March of <br /> 1992 our pumping records indicated a possible failed system. " <br /> "This Board certified the system in failure based on my in- <br /> spection of March 9 , 1992 . " "A letter was forwarded to Ms. <br /> Saunders on March 18 , 1992 indicating the inspection and cer- <br /> tification of failure and giving Ms. Saunders 14 days to have <br /> the system repaired. " "It was also indicated in that letter <br /> that since it was an emergency failure there was no need to <br /> hire a licensed engineer, a septic installer would suffice to <br /> prepare the plan. " "Once the plan was approved the work <br /> could proceed. " "A repair permit was issued to Mr. DiMaggio <br />
