" "Trustees of the Stratford Pond Condominium Trust are saying that the pumping system and the alarm system are not functioning as was approved. " "The trustees are taking over ownership of the property and Mr. Grassetti will be re- lieved of his duties. " "Prior to Mr. Grassetti's termination the trustees would like the problems remedied. " Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. McQuaid as to what manifested this?" Mr. McQuaid responded, "According to Mr. Gross two or three of the private homes did have sewer backup problems last summer which we were never made aware of. " "I would recommend this Board forward a letter of support to D.E.P. " Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to investigate the complaint. "Should the pump system and alarm system not be functioning properly this Board will contact D.E.P. " "I do not agree that we should wait for the County regulation. " "In my opinion, we should tailor our regulation to our needs. " Board members agreed to discuss this matter at next weeks meeting.
