Peter Watts - Leaf Compost Screening <br /> Mr. Watts was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr. Watts questioned the Board as to whether they would <br /> like a portion of the compost screened. <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "The contractor did forward a let- <br /> ter to this Board expressing his interest in screening the <br /> compost material . " <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. McQuaid did recommend the Board <br /> set a limit on the total amount of funds that would be ex- <br /> pended to screen the material. " <br /> Mr. Watts relayed, "I only have one month to screen the <br /> material as my lease expires at that time. " <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "This matter will be continued until <br /> next week's meeting. " <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Emergency Certification 52 Bluff Avenue - Mr. Evans re- <br /> layed, "The Board previously certified the emergency repair. " <br /> "The installer submitted plans which indicate the septic tank <br /> will be placed where the existing cesspool is located. " "The <br /> cesspool will be pumped and destroyed. " <br /> Board members approved the repair plan as submitted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: Smoking Regulation <br /> Mr. John Waterbury, Falmouth Board of Health member, Mr. <br /> Robert Cram, Mr. George Heufelder, County Agent, Mr. Dino <br /> Mitrokostas, representing Mashpee restaurant owners and Mr. <br /> Harris Contos, Project Director for the county program were <br /> in attendance for this public hearing. <br />
