Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1 . ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Bail motioned to accept the minutes of April 28 , <br /> 1994, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 3. ) Emergency failure certification, 32 Timberlane Drive and <br /> 35 Timberlane Drive <br /> 32 TIMBERLANE DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the <br /> site and found the septic tank lid- overflowing." ' <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> 35 TIMBERLANE DRIVE - Mr. Evans stated, "I went out to the <br /> site and found septage flowing onto the ground surface. " <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Carl Grassetti - Stratford Ponds <br /> Mr. Grassetti was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Grassetti was asked to attend <br /> this meeting as a complaint was filed by Mr. & Mrs. Scofield <br /> regarding storm water sewers backing up onto their lawn. " <br /> "Prior to that I have had numerous discussions with a <br /> trustee, Dr. Segal , who indicated concerns about the interim <br /> septic system which involves two pumping stations, holding <br /> tanks, etc. which the Board approved on a interim basis until <br /> they get up to a certain level of development and occupancy <br /> in conjunction with the Planning Board." "It has been re- <br /> ported to us that the pump systems have failed on occasion <br /> and the alarm systems have not been operating properly. " "I <br /> recommended that we meet with Mr. Grassetti , manager of the <br /> complex, to discuss these various problems including the <br />
