" Board members agreed to request a representative from Bio-clere attend an upcoming meeting. 8. ) Joint H.H.W. collection w/Falmout12 - Mr. McQuaid re- layed, "Andrea Adams from the Commission is currently working on a joint H.H.W. collection day at the Fairgrounds." Mr. Doherty questioned who the awarding authority is. Mr. McQuaid responded, "Ms. Adams will publish the bid document once approved by this office and the Falmouth of- fice. " "We will receive copies of the bids. " "Both Mashpee and Falmouth Boards of Health will review the bids and hope- fully come to an agreement. " "The Commission will award the contract with Falmouth being the lead agency and Mashpee be- ing the subsidiary to the lead. " Mr. Cram motioned to approve the joint household hazard- ous waste collection day to be held at the Barnstable Fair- grounds, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. Mr. Doherty motioned to amend Mr. Cram's motion, Mr. Ball seconded. Mr. Doherty motioned to include the stipulation that the authoritative entities to award the bid shall be the Town of Mashpee Board of Health and the Town of Falmouth Board of Health, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. 9. ) Willo bend information as requested - Acknowledged. 10. ) Septage Haulers permit application - Warren Cesspool Service (Rabesa) - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The company is un- der new ownership and is requesting a permit for this year. " Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 1994 septage pumper's license to Mr. Gary Rabesa d/b/a "Warren Cesspool Service" , Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. 11. } Perc extension request - 20 Se nic Dri e - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The lot has been perked on three occasions the lat- est being May 6, 1993 . " "1 would recommend a six month ex- tension from the expiration date. " Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 6 month perc extension from the date of expiration, Mr. Cram seconded.
