" <br /> Board members agreed to request a representative from <br /> Bio-clere attend an upcoming meeting. <br /> 8. ) Joint H.H.W. collection w/Falmout12 - Mr. McQuaid re- <br /> layed, "Andrea Adams from the Commission is currently working <br /> on a joint H.H.W. collection day at the Fairgrounds." <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned who the awarding authority is. <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "Ms. Adams will publish the bid <br /> document once approved by this office and the Falmouth of- <br /> fice. " "We will receive copies of the bids. " "Both Mashpee <br /> and Falmouth Boards of Health will review the bids and hope- <br /> fully come to an agreement. " "The Commission will award the <br /> contract with Falmouth being the lead agency and Mashpee be- <br /> ing the subsidiary to the lead. " <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the joint household hazard- <br /> ous waste collection day to be held at the Barnstable Fair- <br /> grounds, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to amend Mr. Cram's motion, Mr. <br /> Ball seconded. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to include the stipulation that the <br /> authoritative entities to award the bid shall be the Town of <br /> Mashpee Board of Health and the Town of Falmouth Board of <br /> Health, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9. ) Willo bend information as requested - Acknowledged. <br /> 10. ) Septage Haulers permit application - Warren Cesspool <br /> Service (Rabesa) - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The company is un- <br /> der new ownership and is requesting a permit for this year. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 1994 septage pumper's <br /> license to Mr. Gary Rabesa d/b/a "Warren Cesspool Service" , <br /> Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 11. } Perc extension request - 20 Se nic Dri e - Mr. McQuaid <br /> relayed, "The lot has been perked on three occasions the lat- <br /> est being May 6, 1993 . " "1 would recommend a six month ex- <br /> tension from the expiration date. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 6 month perc extension <br /> from the date of expiration, Mr. Cram seconded. <br />
