" "We have been dealing with this problem for at least two years. " "In response to the latest complaint Mr. Evans for- warded a registered letter to the owner who resides in En- gland however, the letter was returned unclaimed. " "The next step is to get the Building Dept. , Board and Health and an unbiased third party to officially condemn it, have the town tear it down and put a lien on the property. " Mr. Ball recommended Board members visit the site. Board members agreed.
