� Y <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> June 23 , 1994 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7 :00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball and Robert F. Cram <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball , Chairman <br /> 1 . ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Ball stated, "Approval of the June 16 , 1994 minutes <br /> will be continued until next week's meeting. " <br /> APPOINTMENT: Al Wiseman - Dick & Ellie's Flea Market <br /> Mr. Wiseman was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. Wiseman relayed, "We have a request for a produce <br /> stand. " "Originally we were going to put him outside in the <br /> front however, I understand the Board of Appeals required a <br /> variance. "' "We are proposing to put him inside the flea mar- <br /> ket, on the concrete, behind the restaurant so that he will <br /> have use of the sanitary facilities. " "The individual will <br /> sell his produce during the days the flea market is open. "" <br /> "The average booth is 20' x 201 . 1" "We have no intention of <br /> expanding the sale of produce at the flea market. " "If for <br /> some reason it does not work and I receive complaints I will <br /> prohibit any sale of produce. " <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 1994 food stand permit to <br /> Mr. Al Scinicariello with the stipulation periodic inspec- <br /> tions conducted by an agent of this Board are in compliance <br /> with State requirements and the applicant pay the proper fee, <br /> Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Kerrigan/Bevilacqua - 54 Thornberry Circle <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This appointment was cancelled as <br /> the complaint was resolved. " <br /> Melinda Gallant re: Fee for "Fiesta Shows" - Ms. Gallant <br /> and Mr. T.J. Thompson representative of the Cape Cod Center <br /> for the Performing Arts were in attendance to discuss the <br /> temporary food stand fees for the carnival. <br />
