MINUTES August 11 , 1994 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to authorize Ms. Lutz to utilize her <br /> private well for irrigation purposes, Mr. Doherty seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> Perc extension request - 134 Shore Drive West <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The initial perc was performed on <br /> June 11 , 1993 . " "This is a first extension request. " "I <br /> would recommend a six month extension. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month perc exten- <br /> sion, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Regional Treatment Plant Meetina <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "A meeting has been scheduled with <br /> the Mashpee/Sandwich Regional Treatment Plant Committee at <br /> this office on August 25, 1994 @ 3:00 p.m. . " "I will be on <br /> vacation at that time and will be unable to attend." <br /> Mr. Ball recommended the Board postpone the meeting un- <br /> til such time as Mr. McQuaid is available to attend. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 609 Great Neck Road South <br /> Mr. Cram questioned whether anything has been done on <br /> the property which was condemned. <br /> Mr. Evans responded, "The property remains condemned. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, "This office will not sign-off on <br /> the occupancy permit until all health concerns have been ad- <br /> dressed. " <br /> Board members agreed an agent of this Board shall re- <br /> search the matter and report back to the Board with his find- <br /> ings. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Doherty motioned to adjourn <br /> this meeting at 7:50 p.m. , Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Warden, Adm.
