Ball , Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of August 11, <br /> 1994, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Household hazardous waste collection results - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "It was a successful waste collection day. " <br /> "The total fee for Mashpee will be $6,148.00. " "I would. rec- <br /> ommend the town hold an annual waste collection day with the <br /> town of Falmouth." <br /> I <br /> 4. ) Letter of_ __appreciation from the Green gomuany - Mr. <br /> McQuaid commented, "Mr. Evans will draft a letter to <br /> Willowbend representatives setting out what requirements the <br /> Board of Health needs, as far as, temporary food stands, in- <br /> spections and time tables as to when the Country Club will be <br /> connected to the treatment plant. " "I would recommend we <br /> also request Willowbend representatives to attend an upcoming <br /> Board meeting to discuss these issues. " <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 5. ) Correspondence re: Stop & Shop hazardous giaterial c n- <br /> tainment - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Under the Cape Cod Commis- <br /> sions order of conditions they are required to do more than <br /> what the town requires locally. " <br /> Plans will be kept on file. <br /> 6 . ) Water connection quotes - Mr. Doherty stepped down from <br /> this issue as he found it to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I sent out requests for quotes to <br /> seven companies. " "We received four back. " "Some quotes in- <br /> cluded reloaming and seeding some did not. " "I reduced <br /> Bortolotti 's quote by $1400.00 as he said he put in $200.00 <br /> for each unit to reloam and seed. " "Bortolotti's final <br />
