Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball , Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2. ) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of September <br /> 1, 1994 , Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Co of letter froXg Exec. Sec. to Mr. Aldridge - Ac- <br /> knowledged. <br /> 4.. ) Request for report re: Tones Capelle - Mr. McQuaid re- <br /> layed, "This is not the first request for reports. " "We have <br /> no reports on file to forward." "I would recommend we send <br /> this up to the Executive Secretary and request that he for- <br /> ward this to Town Counsel . " <br /> i <br /> Board members agreed with Mr. McQuaid's recommendation. <br /> 5. ) Memo from Bob Sherman: Wetland jurisdiction -- Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "A few incidences have come up where either <br /> this department or the building inspector have approved sep- <br /> tic system emergency repairs or shed's, etc. that fall within <br /> the Conservation Commission's jurisdiction. " "Mr. Sherman <br /> agreed to prepare index cards indicating what potential cases <br /> they should be involved in. " "We will hand an index card to <br /> all applicants that come in. " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 6 . ) Otis landfill site visit - Acknowledged. <br /> 7. } Clay stockpiling approval - "Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Our <br /> application to receive the harbor tunnel clay was initially <br /> approved but they had questions about our stockpiling plan <br /> which Weston & Sampson addressed and subsequently was ap- <br /> proved by the State. " <br /> Acknowledged. <br />
