"We could request record <br /> keeping for the disposal of white goods." <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "If we charge a fee we will probably find people dumping <br /> them in the woods." "I would recommend we request the gate attendant's to be more <br /> diligent in terms of reporting out of town white goods." <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 6.) Daffodil Dig Day - Acknowledged. <br /> 7.) Together We Can Forum - Mr. Cram volunteered to attend the forum. <br /> 8.) Emergency Failure Certification - 352 Mashpee Neck Road and 128 Route 130 <br /> 352 MASHPEE NECK ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the <br /> cesspool overflowing." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 128 ROUTE 130 - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool in <br /> obvious failure as it was overflowing." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 9.) Residential sticker application. Richard Kau - Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. Koury, <br /> who had been turned down by the Town Clerk for a transfer station/landfill sticker, came <br /> in requesting the Board of Health approve a sticker for his son who works days and did <br /> not have his car here." "Apparently, Mr. Koury was very rude to personnel in the town <br /> clerk's office." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Mr. Koury is asking on behalf of the another person who is <br /> perfectly qualified to request a sticker for himself" "I would recommend we send the <br /> sticker application to the person requesting the sticker and inform him he must apply for <br /> the sticker himself." <br /> i <br /> i <br />
