Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Doherty stated, "The minutes of November 17, 1994 and November 3, 1994 <br /> will not be approved until all members are in attendance." <br /> APPOINTMENT: Cape& Islands Engineering- 51 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky, P.E. was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky relayed, "A plan was prepared in 1985 for this lot." "The owner <br /> created a septic easement on the lot across the street to service the house." "Two <br /> dwellings are currently located on the lot." "Each dwelling has its own leaching facility of <br /> which one is in failure." "The owner is proposing to add on an 8' x 20' addition which <br /> would incorporate a kitchen, living and dining room area." "The new leaching system <br /> would be installed on the lot across the street, (paper street) which the owner also owns." <br /> "All abutters are tied into town water." `Both homes receive town water from one <br /> meter." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "The Board recognizes that no variances are technically <br /> required and that due to the peculiarity of this lot and the emergency failure situation I <br /> would motion to approve plans as presented with the stipulation a copy of the easement <br /> for the leaching facility that shall service house #51 is filed with the Registry of Deeds and <br /> the engineer provide verification that all abutting homes are tied into town water, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br />
