Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.} Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of November 3, 1994, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of November 17, 1994, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of December 1, 1994, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jack Landers-Cauley - 21 Bayview Road <br /> Mr. Landers-Cauley was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Landers-Cauley relayed, "The owner is requesting a variance from abutting <br /> well to the proposed on-site upgrade." "Their are no proposals to increase the habitable <br /> space or alternations with the exception of painting and new siding." "The owner of lot <br /> #116 did provide information on the location of the well however, it does conflict with our <br /> records" "The owner states there are three wells on the property; one servicing dwelling <br /> #l, one servicing dwelling 92 and one servicing the garage." "All wells maintain a <br /> distance of 100' from the proposed upgrade." "The Water District has indicated that the <br /> abutters (lot #116) main dwelling is being serviced by town water." "The owner has <br /> stated he has a cross connection." "In speaking with the Water District they stated cross <br /> connections are prohibited." <br />
