BOARD OF HEALTH 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to institute a new temporary transfer station sticker which <br /> shall be made available to landlords and owners of time sharing units in the town of <br /> Mashpee on a trial basis from May 1, 1995 to October 30, 1995 with one sticker per <br /> dwelling/unit being allotted, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to charge a fee of $50.00 per temporary transfer station <br /> sticker, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 5.) 1996 Fee Schedule - Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the 1995 fee schedule <br /> with the following changes: Temporary transfer station stickers $50.00, dairy license to <br /> be deleted from the schedule, Mr_ Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 6.) D.E.P. Partnership Meeting 1/12/94 - Acknowledged. <br /> 7.) Memo from Exec. Sec. re: Vehicle Procedures - Mr. Doherty stated, "I am still <br /> researching the matter." <br /> Continued until next week's meeting. <br /> 8.) Emergency Failure Certification - 301 Hooppole Road - Mr. Evans relayed, "I <br /> authorized immediate repair as sewage was flowing onto the ground surface." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification' form. <br /> 9.) Pond Association meeting, 1/4//95 - Acknowledged. <br /> 10.) Proposed F/Y `96 budgets - Discussion took place regarding changes in the draft <br /> budget. <br /> Board members agreed with changes discussed and to incorporate those changes <br /> into the F.Y. `96 budget. Will be forwarded as the final draft. <br /> E� <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Wampanoag Health Initiative <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The Tribal Council would like to hold a screening clinic one <br /> day per week at town hall." <br />
