"We <br /> would like to add the following lots; 36, 39, 40, 41 Willowbend Drive and 56 Gullane." <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, "I would recommend the Board approve a total of <br /> twenty lots as it is Willowbend who is requesting the change." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the installation of leaching facilities on lot 39 <br /> Willowbend Drive and lot 56 Gullane conditional upon the following: Lots 15, 16, 17, 19 <br /> 20 Fin Me Oot and lot 25 Willowbend Drive shall be deleted from the twenty-seven lots <br /> approved by the Planning Board and lots 36, 39, 40, 41 Willowbend Drive and lot 56 <br /> Gullane shall be exchanged for those lots deleted totaling 26 lots which will be permitted <br /> individual leaching facilities, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball directed the Agent to forward a memo to the Planning Board indicating <br /> the changes as approved by this Board. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Steven R. Ball - 328 Red Brook Road <br /> Mr_ Ball stepped down from the meeting for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, "On November 9, 1990 the Board of Health granted a wetland <br /> and sideline variance." "Due to financial constraints I was unable to begin work on the <br /> lot." "I am now ready to begin work and would like the Board to consider renewing <br /> approval of plans submitted on that date." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The lot was subdivided prior to this Board adopting the <br /> 100' wetlands requirement." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request based on the 100' wetlands <br /> requirement, Mr. Cram seconded. <br /> Mr. Ball rejoined the meeting. <br /> 3.) Perc extension request, 32 Watson Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is <br /> just beginning the permitting process and is requesting a six month extension." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month extension from the date of expiration, <br /> Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4.) Memo from Town Clerk re: Sticker sales - Discussion took place regarding the <br /> issue date of the proposed sticker. <br />
