I <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> March 9, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of March 2, 1995, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Copy of minutes of Coastal Resource Management Committee- Acknowledged. <br /> 4.) Copy of letter from Mr. Scolavino re: 71 Seconsett Island Rd. - Mr. McQuaid <br /> relayed, "This was a difficult situation where the house had burnt down and the owner was <br /> requesting to rebuild the house." "The most recent plan delineated a proposed garage <br /> which meant relocating the septic system again." "In my opinion, I think Mr. Scolavino's <br /> concerns need to be addressed." "I would recommend Mr. Warner and the design <br /> engineer attend an upcoming meeting to explain what has taken place so far and whether it <br /> meets Board of Health regulations." "According to the abutter the well is not 100' away <br /> from the approved relocation of the septic system." <br /> Mr. Ball directed the agent to request Mr. Warner and Mr. Costa, P.E. to attend <br /> the next regularly scheduled meeting to resolve the matter. <br /> 5.) Variance request, 76 Yardarm Drive and 151 Shore Drive <br /> 76 YARDARM DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The lot is located within a <br /> preapproved subdivision." "I had previously approved the variance on March 3, 1995 with <br /> the Board's concurrence tonight." "It meets the master plan layout for this subdivision." <br />
