S <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> March 16, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Employment application, Robert Cohan- Mr. McQuaid stated, "I have known this <br /> individual for five years." "This individual is aware all Boards of Health will be looking <br /> for someone to inspect leaching facilities." "I recommend he forward a letter to the <br /> Board." <br /> Board members agreed to keep the application on file. <br /> 3.) Variance request. 35 Bayshore Drive and 30 Cranberry Lane <br /> 35 Bayshore Drive- Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 16' local a variance from the proposed primary <br /> on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well and a 21' local variance from the <br /> proposed on-site reserve area to the proposed on-site well, Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 30 Cranberry Lane - Mr. ,McQuaid relayed, "The owner is requesting a 33' local <br /> variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "Plans do not delineate the distances for the requested <br /> relief" <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "In my opinion, as long as there are no septic systems <br /> proposed or in place within 100' of the proposed well on this plan whether it is 119' to a <br /> well on the abutting property there is no septic system within 100' on either of the <br />
