"In 1993 it was again perked." "Mr. Rintone <br /> is requesting the Board consider a perk extension or to grandfather the approval." <br /> Mr. Rintone stated, "I intend to build on the lot." "Business was a little slow so I <br /> didn't build on it." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I would recommend we perk the lot again."
