e' <br /> r <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> March 30, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at TOO p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven r. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed <br /> 2.) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of March 9, 1995, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: James Warner- 71 Seconsett Island Road <br /> Mr. Warner was not in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This was a plan submitted to the Board roughly_six months <br /> ago." "We had many questions about it at the time." "This is a lot out on Seconsett <br /> Island where the dwelling burnt down and proposals were to rebuild including the addition <br /> of a garage." "There were concerns about the shed not being plumbed into the septic <br /> system as we did not want any increase in habitable space." "Since then, we have received <br /> two letters from concerned abutters regarding the whole project." "The concerns raised in <br /> the two letters were significant enough to request Mr. Warner appear before the Board to <br /> address the concerns." "A certified letter was mailed to Mr. Warner which was accepted." <br /> "I would recommend we continue this hearing until next week's meeting." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to continue this hearing until next week's meeting date, Mr. <br /> Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Prol2osal from Brockton Iron & Steel re: White Goods - Mr. Doherty questioned <br /> whether this proposal was solicited." <br />
