"The owners had financial troubles and were unable to do <br /> the necessary repairs." "In November of 1990 the proposed system was approved by <br /> D.E.P. for an ejector pump." "Subsequent to that revised plans were approved by the <br /> Board to replace the ejector pump in the basement with a new pump." "It was perked in <br /> 1990, reperked in 1993 and now they are at a point where they can afford to do the <br /> necessary repairs." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a six month perk extension from today's date, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded. <br /> 12.)
