i <br /> MINUTES June 8, 1995 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> i <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "All the homes were completed well over a year ago." <br /> "We had to submit proof to D.E.P. that those homes in the subdivision were connected <br /> before we filed for a reclassification." <br /> Mr. Starr stated, "The water was already in the house when I purchased it." "All I <br /> had to do was put a meter in." <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "It is possible F.H.A. paid for the connection fee." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Both Orin an I, in communicating with the F.H.A., let them <br /> know that we wouldn't issue an occupancy permit to that house without town water being <br /> provided." "They were fully aware of that." "If they neglected to make that a part of the <br /> sales agreement with you it's between you and them." <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Mr. Star, "You can submit by petition an article for town <br /> meeting." <br /> 7.) D.E.P. Septic system grant - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is an <br /> application to become a part of the septic system grant program." "There is a lot of <br /> confusion as with the betterment program in that are these grants or loans." "I would <br /> recommend the Board sign this to get the full application." "Selectmen must sign it also." <br /> i <br /> Board members signed the application. <br /> 8.) Groundwater Workshop - Acknowledged. <br /> 9.) Health& Safety„Expo., 6/10/95 - Acknowledged. <br /> 10.) Fee waiver request, Art„Fair - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Evans relayed, "This <br /> vendor is associated with the 125th anniversary." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Mitrokostas will be serving beer, wine, cheese, <br /> crackers, fruit and hors -d'oeuvres." "It has been our policy with the 125th that any <br /> vendors donating their profits to the 125th we will waive the fee." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to waive the mobile vendor's fee as requested, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded. <br />
