TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> June 15, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: John T. Doherty, Robert F. Cram, Sr. and Steven R. Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> I <br /> 1.) Warrants signed <br /> 2.) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of June 8, 1995, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 3.) Landfill contract renewal 7/1/95 - 6/30/96 - Mr. Doherty stepped down from this <br /> matter as he found it to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to renew the landfilVtransfer station contract between Mr. S. <br /> Joseph DiMaggio and the Town of Mashpee for fiscal year 1996, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 4.) Proposed demo/brush disposal fees - Mr. Doherty stepped down from this matter <br /> as he found it to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. Evans recommended the Board review the revised fee schedule and render a <br /> decision at next week's meeting. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 5.) Special Transfer Station sticker request.-.M. Barstow - Mr. Cram questioned, <br /> "Who is living there?" <br /> Mr. Doherty directed the agent to forward a letter to Ms. Barstow stating, <br /> "Residential dump stickers are routinely issued to residents or property owners in the <br /> town of Masphee. Related parties do not necessarily qualify under residential rules i.e. a <br /> New Hampshire resident who comes down from the summer using his parents facility does <br /> not necessarily qualify as a resident. We would be happy to provide you with a transfer <br /> station sticker on any vehicle registered to one of the owners. The sticker will be <br />
