If you need a pass for portability we would suggest you apply for a seasonal <br /> sticker." <br /> 6.) Definitive subdivision plan approval, R. Plug <br /> ge - Mr. Doherty questioned, "How <br /> will there be access over the Commonwealth Electric easement, what is any effect does the <br /> adjacent lot to the west, (land court case #3104), have on the perimeter of the proposal <br /> and septic locations were omitted from the plan." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to continue this matter until the health agent is in attendance. <br /> 7.) Human Service Agency Requests, Legal Services C.C. Child Development, <br /> Nauset, Inc. and Sight Loss - Board members will review the human service agencies <br /> reports for comment at next week's meeting. <br /> 8.) Coastal Resources meeting, 6/22/95 3:00 .m. B.O.H. rep. needed. - Continued <br /> until next week's meeting. <br /> 9.) County wide betterment progjam prop.Qsal - Acknowledged. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. Land Use Restrictions <br /> Board members continued this matter until next week's meeting. <br /> B: Bi-monthly inspection <br /> Mr_ Cram relayed, "One of Mr. DiMaggio's employees who handles the recycling <br /> area is having her children monitor the area." "She didn't appear to be in or around the <br /> recycling area." "This may have be causing the problem with our recyclables." <br /> Mr. Ball commented, "There should be a minimum number of people required at <br /> the landfill, transfer station and recycling areas." <br /> Board members agreed to request the landfill contractor attend an upcoming <br /> meeting to discuss the matter. <br />
