MINUTES June 15, 1995 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Letter from Town Counsel to Atty. Mills re; Rossetti vs. B.O.H. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Condemned House - 15 Beechwood Drive <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "I condemned the house at 15 Beechwood Drive." "The <br /> utilities have all been shut-off." "I contacted the owner by phone and certified mail." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> APPOINTMENT; Gardner/Pesce - 175 Surf Drive <br /> Mr. Edward Pesce and Mr. Joe Gardner were in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr_ Pesce stated, "Plans were previously submitted in 1980." "The owner has <br /> renewed his "Order of Conditions" over the years and is still valid." "The Conservation <br /> Commission is permitting a two bedroom home, anything larger will require a alternative <br /> septic system." "We are requesting a 35.2' variance from the wetlands, a 50' local <br /> variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well and permission to install a <br /> Ecofin Bio-clere system." <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "The Board looks favorably upon the installation of a Bio- <br /> clere system." "The well and septic systems conform to the master plan." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "As this is according to the master plan I see no reason not to <br /> grant the variances." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 35.2' variance, a 50' local variance between the <br /> proposed on-site leaching facility and abutting well and the installation of a Ecofin Bio- <br /> clere septic system with the stipulation the engineer denote on plans the name of the <br /> company who will be servicing the bio-clere system, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br />
