8 <br /> s <br /> j <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> i <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> July 13, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: John T. Doherty, Robert F. Cram, Sr., and Steven R. Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Ball stated, "Due to possible litigation I motion to require the minutes of June <br /> 29, 1995 which pertain to 13 Hornbeam Lane typed verbatim", Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball requested a copy of the police incidence report. <br /> 3.) Contract with human service agencies - Nauset, Inc., Independence House <br /> NAUSET, INC. - Board members forwarded their signatures to the fiscal year 199E <br /> contractual agreement. <br /> INDEPENDENCE HOUSE - Board members forwarded their signatures to the fiscal <br /> year 1996 contractual agreement. <br /> 4.) Request for hearing postponement. 175 Surf Drive - Mr. Cram motioned to <br /> i <br /> accept the request for a postponement, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> i <br /> 5.) Letter from B.C.H.E.D. re: U.S.T, at Town Hall - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "In my <br /> opinion we should forward this letter to the Board of Selectmen and any cost related <br /> testing should be their responsibility." "Also, perhaps we should strongly recommend in <br /> the renovation plans for town hall that the tank be eliminated." <br /> i <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 6.) Letter to The Enterprise re: Regional Treatment Plant - Acknowledged. <br />
