Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT 1S FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY, <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of July 13, 1995, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to continue the approval of June 29, 1995 minutes until he has <br /> had a chance to review them, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: MacDonald - 21 Taffrail Way <br /> Attorney Alexander Joyce, Mr. Arnie O'HaIa, P-E., Mr. MacDonald and Mr. <br /> William Wall from the firm of the Clivus Multrum system in North Andover, MA were in <br /> attendance to discuss the Clivus Multrum disposal system." <br /> Attorney Joyce stated, "Mr. Wall has installed Clivus Multrum systems in <br /> Wellfleet, Eastham, Raleigh, Brewster and Dennis among others." <br /> Mr. Wall stated, "We can take graywater and turn it into a resource rather than <br /> pollution." "The first 6" to 12" of the earth's surface is all of the bacteria that we need to <br /> take our waste and turn it into a resource." "I am installing these systems myself, <br /> servicing then myself or I have people that work with me who do and I'm training people <br /> how to do it." "If there is someone in the town of Mashpee willing to spend the money to <br /> show how we can recycle our waste then, by all means, let them do it." <br /> At this time Mr. Wall presented a picture presentation to Board members. <br />
