Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of July 20, 1995, Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to accept the Executive Session minutes of July 20, 1995, 1W1.r. <br /> Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to withhold approving June 29, 1995 minutes as he has not had <br /> the opportunity to review them, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Letter from George Costa re: Games Property - Acknowledged. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Tucker Spohr- 305 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. Tucker Spohr and Mr. Jack Landers-Cauley, P.E. were in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Landers-Cauley presented plans and relayed, "We are requesting variances <br /> from the locations of three existing wells within 150' of the proposed septic system and to <br /> obtain approval of a concept to place a leaching facility on a separate lot that is held by <br /> Trust Henry & Elizabeth Spohr with Ms. Spohr as the trustee." "A perk test vas <br /> performed today on the lot." "In order to do this project we are gain; to discharge the <br /> effluent to a septic tank to a pump chamber which would then go under Hamblin Road to <br /> a leaching held." "In order to get across the road we had to have an easement." "Mr. <br /> Spohr's attorney drafted an easement for lot 10 and lot 3 for the Board's review tonight." <br />
