V <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> September 14, 1995 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7;00 p.m. <br /> Members present: John T. Doherty, Steven R. Bail and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> F <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> ?.) W. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of September 7, 1995, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Special permit request. C. Eckler - Mr. McQuaid commented, "I do not think Mr. <br /> Eckler's son will be bringing trash down from Vermont." "I would recommend approval_" <br /> Mr. Cram questioned whether Mr. Eckler's son resides at the dwelling as a <br /> seasonal resident only. <br /> Mr. Ball commented, "The summer is over." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Eckler's son could obtain a temporary pass." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the request for a residential sticker, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4.) Copy of letter from A.P.C.C. to P. Cellucci re: Title V F_Y_l.) <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This letter is in response to the new Title V emergency <br /> revisions which deal with not automatically stating a system's in failure if it is within 50' of <br /> surface waters." "It is a very strong letter." "I would recommend the Board go on record <br /> as supporting A.P.C.C, sending the letter to Lt. Governor Cellucci." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to forward a letterof support to the A.P.C.C., Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> i <br />
