MINUTES September 14, 1995 7 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Variance request - I I East Way <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a preapproved subdivision with well and septic <br /> layouts." "The owner is requesting a 30' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (#141 West Way) and a 12' local variance from the <br /> proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (92 East Way)." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Crary <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> r <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:45 p.m., Mr. <br /> Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Mayer, Adm.
