"Due to space limitations a <br /> variance was granted at that time to exclude the reserve." "They applied to D.E.P. for the <br /> variance however, it was denied." "Subsequently, the engineer revised plans due to <br /> contours of the groundwater." "As plans were revised the engineer is requesting the <br /> Board approve the same variance as before." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a variance from Title V regulations which will entitle <br /> the engineer to install the system without a reserve, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br />
