MINUTES October 5, 1995 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "What we did is we put the onus back on the new <br /> builder and required him to locate and identify all active drinking water, irrigation and <br /> other wells within a 200' radius." <br /> Mr. Evans commented, "Title V states all wells, it does not differentiate between <br /> irrigation and drinking wells." <br /> Board members agreed to direct the health agent to forward a letter to all <br /> engineers, that frequently perform work in town, stating this Board will no longer accept <br /> incomplete plans, all plans must delineate locations of all wells (active or inactive) within <br /> 200' of the proposed or existing leaching facility and the general notes must state that all <br /> active or inactive wells have been delineated withifl 200' of the proposed or existing <br /> leaching facility to the best of his/her knowledge. <br /> J <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:03 p.m., Mr. <br /> Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Mayer, Adm.
