Mr. Ball directed the agent to forward a letter to the engineer (M. Grotske) informing him of the Board's requirements. 7.) Solid Waste and Department budgets. F.Y. '99 - Mr. McQuaid recommended Board members review the budget. *****NEW BUSINESS***** Business Closure- Waste Management Mr. McQuaid relayed, `Bill Fedema at the Upper Cape Regional Transfer Station informed me Waste Management is selling their business to B.F.I. as of February 1, 1998." `Tor one month they will be operating without a license." Mr. Doherty commented, "In my opinion they should be fined." Mr. Cram commented, "I would recommend we contact them and question whether they intend to continue operating in town." Mr. Ball relayed, "I recommend we request full payment for the license fee." "If they do close we will then pro-rate the fee and return the $500.00 license fee." Board members agreed. Food establishment change in ownersIu Shortee's to Chef-D's Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the establishment and found it to comply with State and local requirements." Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 1998 Food Establishment permit to "Chef-D's', Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed.
