"Perhaps we should report this to the licensing authority." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "We could request Mr. DiMaggio attend the next regularly <br /> scheduled meeting." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I would rather forward a letter to Mr. DiMaggio with a copy to <br /> the State." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I would like to see him before this Board." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to direct the agent to forward a letter to the Office of Water <br /> Resources, Department of Environmental Management with a copy to Michael DiMaggio <br /> informing them of his violation in failing to pull a well permit and that any further <br /> violations will result in this Board requesting the Office of Water Resources to revoke his <br /> license, the agent shall also forward a letter to Mr. DiMaggio informing him no well <br /> permits will be issued to Aqua Jet of Today until his attendance at the March 19, 1998 <br /> meeting, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 9.)
