Emergenc, Failure Certifications, 5 Starboard Drive, 78 Bluff Avenue, 4 Metacorn <br /> Road and 30 Wilann Road <br /> 5 Starboard Drive - Mr. McQuaid stated, "I inspected the site and found the leach pit <br /> full." "The pit will be relocated to the reserve area." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"form_ <br /> 78 Bluff Avenue - Mr. McQuaid stated, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool <br /> showing signs of overflowing." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"form. <br /> 4 Metacom Road - Mr. McQuaid stated, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool <br /> filled." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"form. <br /> 30 Wilann Road - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the leach pit full <br /> with sewage backup." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> a.
