TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> April 23, 1998 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Minutes were continued until next weeks meeting. <br /> 3.) Mash ee 2000 - Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Mashpee 2000 committee would like <br /> the Board to come up with an idea to incorporate into their calendar of events." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 4.) Fee waiver request, Mashpee Youth Football - Mr. Evans relayed, "Thus is one of <br /> the youth sports groups and they plan to have a stand at the Daffodil Days either Saturday <br /> or Sunday depending on the weather." "I have inspected their equipment and recommend <br /> approval." "I did contact the company to find out about their product." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to waive the fee for the Mashpee Youth Football organization, <br /> Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 5.) Revised Well Moratorium Regulation- Mr. McQuaid stated, "After re-reading the <br /> regulation that was adopted at our April 9, 1998 meeting I didn't think the wording was <br /> defined enough so I re-worded it." "It basically states the same but is much clearer." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to adopt the revised "Well Moratorium Regulation", Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br /> b.) Landfill closure cost schedule - Mr. McQuaid stated, "The only addition is the <br /> schedule of engineering costs." "I met with the town accountant, town treasurer and <br />
