"The applicant is requesting a .7' variance from Title V regulations which require the leaching facility not to exceed a 3' depth from grade, a b' variance from the foundation, a 45' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (#74 Edgewater Road), a 35' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (#80 Edgewater Road) and a 40' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well." Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Ball seconded. *****NEW BUSINESS***** Food Establishment request- "Fountain of Juice" Mr. Evans relayed, "The applicants are requesting a 1998 Food Service Establishment permit." "I have inspected the facility and found them in compliance with State requirements." "They will be serving fresh squeezed juice mixtures." Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 1998 Food Service Establishment permit to Mr. William O'Neil d/b/a"The Fountain of Juice", Mr. Ball seconded. APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands Engineering - Cherrystone's H (375 Route 151) and John Ewer Road Mr. John Slavinsky, representing the engineering firm of Cape &Islands Engineering, was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. John Ewer Road (Owner - Andrew Lipnosky) - Mr. Slavinsky stated, "The applicant is proposing a six lot subdivision." "The groundwater quality report states that if there is less than 1 unit per two acres you are not required to submit the report." "Town water will service the dwellings."
