Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of April 23, 1998, Mr_ Ball seconded. <br /> 3.) Memo from BCHED re: Drum Contents - Acknowledged. <br /> 4.) Vote to rescind original Well Moratorium Re lation - Continued until Mr. <br /> Doherty is in attendance. <br /> 5.) Revised septic plans, 13 Wheelhouse Lane - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The Board <br /> previously approved a Bio-clere denitrification unit for a proposed three bedroom <br /> dwelling." "The applicant has increased the bedrooms to four and is now requesting the <br /> Board permit a change in the dentification unit from a Bio-clere to a F.A.S.T. system." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve revised plans which now indicate the installation of <br /> a F.A.S.T. dentification unit to accommodate the increased capacity, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 6.) Emergency Failure Certification, 37 Essex Road - Mr. McQuaid stated, "This <br /> repair does involve a variance." "Due to the constraints of the lot a 1000 gallon pit will be <br /> installed instead of trenches." "The existing failed pit will be kept as an overflow." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a variance from Title V regulations which require the <br /> installation of trenches, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"form. <br /> i <br />
