MINUTES May 7, 1998 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to rescind the citation issued to Mr. David Drew, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br /> Adhoc Plume Committee Meetin <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Selectmen Caffyn directed me to instruct the Department <br /> of Public Health to test the fish in Mashpee/Wakeby, John's and Ashumet Ponds." "I met <br /> with the people at the Department of Public Health on the base." "They going to get back <br /> to me with their schedule for retesting the fish." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Request from the D.P.W. re: Open Road Drain Pits <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "There is a memo before the Board of Selectmen on Monday <br /> requesting permission for the D.P.W. to fill open road drain pits in the abandoned section <br /> of the Fox Hill subdivision." "Someone has gone in and stolen the metal grates that go <br /> over the drains." "Clean sand will be used." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> Spohr property_ <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Conservation Commission agent has put a hold on the <br /> project because there is a question on the flood zone elevation." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Denitrification Regulation <br /> Ms. Stephanie Jones requested the Board give a definitive date as to when the <br /> denitrification regulation will be adopted. <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, `The Board will review the regulation and address concerns at <br /> the next regularly scheduled meeting date." <br />
