Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Sharon Koblinsky - Illegal Dumping <br /> Ms. Sharon Koblinsky was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "We received a call from a women who lives in the Holland <br /> Mills subdivision complaining that she found an illegal dump site while walking her dog <br /> along a dirt road behind the subdivision." "I investigated the site and found material <br /> belonging to Ms. Koblinsky and also to a Mr. Kenneth Parolski." "There was enough <br /> evidence here with addresses and envelopes that they were both issued citations." "I <br /> haven't heard from Mr. Parolski." "There is enough evidence here that shows that part of <br /> the illegal dumping belongs to Ms. Koblinsky with the remaining part belonging to Mr. <br /> Parolski." "Ms. Koblinsky called and stated she had no idea how her material ended up <br /> there." "She admitted she did recognize the senders addresses." "I informed Ms. <br /> Koblinsky she does have the right to come before the Board and present here side of the <br /> story and I also informed her the Board has the right to direct me to rescind the citation." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned, "Has the site been cleaned up?" <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "No." <br /> Ms. Koblinsky stated, "Mr. Parolski lives next door to me." "I did not know you <br /> also found material belonging to him." "I did come in this afternoon and spoke with Mr. <br /> Evans." "Essentially, to do a good deed my neighbor, (Mr. Parolski), took my trash in his <br /> truck and on the way to the dump went off road and I thought only my trash had fallen off <br />
