Doherty <br /> TIE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Robert F. Cram, Chairman <br /> 1_) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of July 16, 1998, Mr. Doherty seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> The minutes of July 23, 1998 were not prepared. <br /> APPOINTMENT: BSS Design/Tom Bunker/M. Grotske - Aunt Jane's Road <br /> Attorney Steven Snow, representing Mr. Gary Eynatian abutter, Mr. Michael <br /> Grotske and Mr. Tom Bunker were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Bunker stated, "After last week's meeting I requested to make contact with <br /> Mr. Eynatian and discuss this with him and went out in the hallway after that." "He did <br /> talk with us a little bit." "He gave us his address, I sent him a letter by certified mail <br /> requesting to know the location of the well on his property, Mr. Grotske sent him a letter <br /> also." "He hasn't picked the letters up, the notices are still in the mailbox." "I have a <br /> copy of one of them with me." "The meeting was on the 23`d the letters were sent on the <br /> 24'." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "We see that there are two certified letters that have been sent to <br /> Mr. Eynatian in regards to trying to get a response which at last week's meeting he <br /> indicated that he would be willing to communicate with the parties concerned." "All <br /> indications are that at this paint that has not happened." "I notice in the letter that we <br /> were given tonight from Mr. Eynatian dated July 30, 1998 that he is asking the Board to <br /> continue this matter until Thursday, August 20, 1998 because he is out of town." <br />
