MINUTES September 17, 1998 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> k <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> f <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS****** <br /> #4 5 9 12 &13 Pheasant Run Condominiums <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "They were performing septic inspections at Pheasant Run and <br /> found several systems in failure." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"forms. <br /> Mashpee Youth Football Festival <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mashpee Youth Football is proposing a food stand at their <br /> home games and the Octoberfest." "This is a non-profit organization therefore, they are <br /> requesting the Board to waive the fee." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a food service permit to the Mashpee Youth Football <br /> organization and to waive the fee, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Resignation- Assistant Health Agent <br /> Mr. Evans submitted his letter of resignation to Board members. His resignation is <br /> effective on January 1, 1999 however, due to vacation time accrued his last work day will <br /> be November 6, 1998. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept Mr. Evans resignation with regret, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Doherty motioned to adjourn this meeting at 7:39, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ve pnica Mayer, Adm.
