Expansion of Otis Trailer Village - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I did inspect the site of <br /> the proposed expansion." "There are existing restroom and shower facilities." "Only <br /> tents will be permitted in the area." "This is for seasonal use only." "The existing <br /> leaching facility will accommodate the expansion." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 8.) Proposed re�yclin®ulation - Board members will review the regulation for <br /> comment at a later date. <br /> 9.) Pere extension request, 61 Yardarm Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, `The lot was <br /> perked in May of 1992 and again in September of 1994." "No groundwater was <br /> encountered at I F." "I would recommend approval." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a six month Perc extension from this date, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded. <br /> 10.) Variance-requests, 136 Fells Pond Road 73 Ba shore Drive 47 Waterline Drive <br /> South 24 Cordwood Road and 8 Spinnaker Drive <br /> 136 Fells Pond Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 5' sideline <br /> variance and a variance from regulations which require a reserve area." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 5' sideline variance and a variance from regulations <br /> which require a reserve area, Mr. Cram seconded_ <br /> 73 Bayshore Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is proposing a F_A.S.T. <br /> denitrification unit." "Due to lot constraints the following variances are requested; a 31.2' <br /> variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (lot #286), a 34.3' <br /> variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well, a 37.8' <br /> variance from the wetlands to the proposed on-site leaching facility and a variance from <br /> regulations which require a reserve area." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded. <br />
