Cram, Sr., Elias A. <br /> McQuaid and Veronica A. Mayer <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. SigLi warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of May 5, 1999 meeting <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the minutes of May 5, 1999. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. <br /> 3. Variance request: 345 Monornoscoy Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The applicant is requesting a variance of l'to <br /> groundwater for a voluntary septic upgrade. They want to do this to avoid <br /> using a pump system. I would recommend the Board approve it." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "We are in a sensitive area. I'm not comfortable with this." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variance request of 1'to groundwater. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion denied. <br /> 4. Draft 1999 Community Fact Sheet- FYI <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The results of the first round of my VOC testing have <br /> been incorporated into this years fact sheet. The bPH did do another round of <br /> fish sampling in Mashpee-Wakeby pond earlier this spring. Those results <br /> should be available by the end of June. At that time there will be a public <br /> hearing to update Mashpee and Sandwich residents on the J. Braden <br /> Thompson plume." <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Variance request: 1 Wessagusset.Avenue <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The applicant is requesting a variance of 30'from the on- <br /> site proposed leaching to the abutting well of house #14, a 32'variance from the <br /> proposed on-site reserve to the abutting well of house #207. <br /> I <br />
