Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> I <br /> APPOINTMENT David Oberlander re: 345 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. Oberlander was in attendance for.this scheduled appointment <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the applicants'request of a variance of 1'to <br /> groundwater separation. The Board at their meeting on May 27, 1999 denied <br /> this variance and recommended that the engineer revise the plans to include a <br /> pump chamber. <br /> Mr. Oberlander stated, "We simply can't meet the 5' separation unless we put in <br /> a pump chamber." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "It's not an ideal situation, but you have the option to <br /> put in the pump chamber. I see no reason to grant the variance." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variance request of 1' separation to <br /> groundwater due to the other options available. Mr. Doherty seconded the <br /> motion. Motion denied. <br /> 2. Request for TemRorary Food Stand- Taste of Mash ee <br /> Ms. Mayer presented an application from the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce <br /> for a Temporary Food Permit for the "Taste of Mashpee" to be held on Sunday, <br /> May 30 at the Mashpee Commons. She recommended that the Board waive the <br /> fee for the permit since it is a non-profit event. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the Temporary Food Permit to the Mashpee <br /> Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Letter from Ed Baker re: Mashpee River <br /> Board acknowledged. <br />
